Who is responsible

This waitlist is run by Benjamin Pavliha, Slovenia (the “controller”). Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address.
• Which link brought you here (for example, a TikTok or Instagram profile), taken from the link’s campaign tags. Your browser remembers these tags on your device so they are kept if you browse to another page before signing up.

We don’t collect your name, location or payment details.

Why we collect it

To send you updates about the app’s launch and early access. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the box on the form.

Who processes it

Your data is stored with our email service, EmailOctopus, which sends our emails on our behalf. The signup form is protected against spam by Google reCAPTCHA, which processes technical data about your visit. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If the app doesn’t launch, we delete the list within 12 months.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. You can also ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You have the right to complain to the Slovenian data protection authority, the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
